Can not send or retrieve mail

Since updating to version 10.14.5 - I am no longer able to receive apple mail on MacBook Pro.


All accounts were online and a pop up said google wants you to authenticate your password in safari. I have multiple accounts now I can no longer receive my mail. It has affected my iPad as well but not my phone!
