I got this email from address: ICloud 421n1kbhylq@janganjugakesitu.org
i already went forward to “unlock account” and started to fill the form with my name, adress, Apple ID and password. Is it dangerous?

It is a phishing scam to steal your password - ignore it. Apple will never send any such email. And you know your AppleID is not locked - you used it here to login and post.
Do you use 2 factor authentication on your AppleID? If so, having your password won’t be enough for them to login to your AppleID. Even if they can login, they will not see your credit card numbers.
You should immediately change your AppleID password though - see - If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support
If I wrote my name, surname, phone number, address, Apple ID and password can they do anything with my account? Can they see my credit card number and use it/stole my money from it?
I received an email from icloud. Is it true or swindler?
