Arcade Free trial “Cancellation” is inconsistent with other Apps’ cancellations and now I’m punished for not noticing the difference
I know it has been mentioned before, but I find this “cancellation” mode of Apple Arcade user-hostile, confusing and inconsistent to the general App Store logic. You see, every other app is listed as expired under the EXPIRED label, yet Apple Arcade is listed as Cancelled (under a misleading label, if you ask me).
I bet I’m not the first one to “Cancel” the free trial without noticing that the effect would be immediate. Philosophically speaking, why would I want to cancel a free access to anything? You see where I circled “Free for 1 month”? Well, I tried it for like 3 hours and now it’s not free for me anymore because I pressed the wrong button. So, this label kind of lies.
Either way, like I said I find this Apple practice non-user friendly and inconsistent and I’d like to request “my” free trial month back but I can’t seem to find the appropriate link to do it.
For what it matters, I didn’t even liked the 5 games I tried before “cancelling” , but yet I’d like to get it back just for justice’s sake.
Where do I report this?
Thanks.
