Charged wrongly

I started a free trial for apple arcade and then immediately cancelled the subscription so I wouldn’t be accidentally charged, thinking the subscription would last a month even if cancelled. I then opened a game and was charged 4.99 for it. I would like to be refunded and have my free trial honoured - it should still last a month even if it has been cancelled.
