Unable to pair my Powerbeats Pro to my iPhone

I have attempted to pair my Powerbeats Pro earphones to my iPhone without success...

I have tried everything as indicated In the instructions and internet but the Powerbeats Pro subtitle will not show up on my Bluetooth and thus can not pair the device...

The Powerbeats Pro is opened and the indicator light is flashing to indicate it is discoverable but for some reason it will not show up on my Bluetooth list of devices...

I’m totally stumped and any help would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you’re having trouble pairing your Beats. I’m happy to help. I'd recommend using the steps below and testing to see if you can pair your Powerbeats Pro after each:

Verify your device is updated to the most recent iOS version: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try turning Bluetooth off in Settings > Bluetooth, then turn it back on; if you're not able to toggle this setting, please let me know.
- If you see a spinning gear or can't enable Bluetooth, try restarting your device: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try resetting your Powerbeats Pro: Reset your Beats earphones
In Settings > General > About > Name; try renaming your iOS device.
