If i get Apple iPhone Payments are you able to trade/upgrade your phone a year later as long as you pay at least 12 month of it?

I just did mine and read through all the details. You have to wait at least 6 months from activation and then pay at least 12 payments to upgrade.

But 0% interest so that is a good deal.
