iTunes purchase history

How come when I go under settings on my phone to view my purchase history I get this “Bad Message400” ?

i was trying to view these two charges from bank account to iTunes that were made yesterday. I’m not sure what they were.

I'm trying identify an unknown charge, but "Purchase History" does not exist on my iPad. The instructions say to open Settings, click my user name, select iTunes and App Store. OK to this point. The next instruction is to "Scroll to Purchase History and tap it." This does not exist. If I go back a level and click Subscriptions, I see three valid subscriptions, none of which is for the mystery charge. Can anyone provide instructions that will work? Thanks.

Unknown charges on bank statement not showing in purchase history I am being charged for something that does not show up in my purchase history or subscriptions. The support web page is not working and shows an error message. Also, the charge shows on my banking account but again, does not show up on my purchase history through apple so that I can dispute online. How do I contact Apple by phone to dispute this charge?
