E-Mail from apple with Billing & all other information 100% correct , but I did not buy anything....

Hi!

I just got an billing E-Mail (which I allready forwarded to reportphishing@apple.com) where all the information is correct, exept that I did not buy anything from the store. When I log to store with web browser, there is no purchases as well. Please explain how I got (as it looks like, phishing mail) this E-Mail with correct name, address and credit card information?
