Notes toggle at additional icloud account not visible/visible

Hello!

I have a strange phenomena.

I have several original icloud.com accounts.

On most i don't have the notes option when i add this account on top of my main account.

But on some accounts i also have the possibility to sync notes.

(Besides Mail/Contacts/Calendar/Reminders i have the toggle Notes)

Does anybody know why i don't have Notes in several icloud accounts?
