Can Siri control ringer volume?

What is the command for Siri to change the ringer volume?

Siri can control media volume when asked to “set volume to 50%” for example

However I cannot get Siri to change ringer volume.

If the ringer volume is set to 0% and I say “Hey Siri, set ringer volume to 100%

Siri responds with “it’s as loud as it gets.” And shows the media volume at 100%

What is the correct thing to say?
