i tried to transfer contacts from iPhone 6Plus to iPhone 8 plus using ATT Mobile Transfer and the message states cannot transfer as "there is no content to transfer". But clearly there are contacts on the old phone. I believe thesis are saved to iCloud. How can i transfer these?
On your old iPhone, in your iCloud settings, make sure “contacts” are enabled. Then on your new iPhone, simply login to iCloud with the same AppleID, ensure contacts are on, and they will sync over from your iCloud account.

Still not transferring. Contacts were enabled in iCloud.
