How do I install google translate in Safari desktop iMac

When I ask google to send me to: install google translate desktop -iphone -ipad, I am sent to the Apple App store. Google translate is not in the store. I contact Apple support, and all they can say is to ask here, because it's not in the store. I am using V10.12.6 and Safari 12.1.2.

I tried contacting google, but apparently, this is not a valid reason on their list, so I could not ask them.

Can I use google translate inside of safari?

The problem is in 'translate this page.' When I tried pasting the url of the foreign language site, it just translated the url. When I pasted the entire page, the translation is unformatted, making it impossible to find the same place on the actual web page.

In my Firefox, there is a little tab in the upper right which when clicked up, will translate the entire web page I am currently on.

Why won't google translate work inside of Safari, or how do I paste into translate so that the layout of the translation matches the web page (but then again, why should i have to look back/forth/back/forth/etc? between the actual page and the different translation page?).
