If the page can be Translated, Safari should offer the Translate option in the address bar, next to the refresh icon.

click here ➜ Translate a webpage in Safari on Mac - Apple Support

  1. In the Safari app  on your Mac, go to the webpage you want to translate.
  2. If the webpage can be translated, the Smart Search field displays the Translate button .
  3. Click the Translate button , then choose a language.
  4. If you think the translation might need improvement, click the Translate button , then choose Report Translation Issue. The translation is sent to Apple for review.

Available Translation Languages will depend on what Keyboards you have added in System Settings ➜ Keyboard ➜ Input Sources.
