Clearing 32-bit app in anticipation of Catalina

I run a late 2016 13-inch MBP with 8 GB ram, 256 HD and all updates up to date. I ran a check and made a list of the 32-bit apps on the machine and found about 24. Many of these I found and either update or got rid of If I didn't really use them. Others, I can't find as they don't appear in the apps listing or appear to be things like update apps or apps I thought had been deleted with App Cleaner. How do I find these apps and get rid of them? Will Catalina provide a way to do this?

You can run the free app Go64 which will list all of the 32s bit apps. If you Control (right) - click on one you can select Show in Finder from the contextual menu and then run AppCleaner to remove it and it's support files.

Note: when using AppCleaner be sure to examine the files it wants to remove for an app. If you have other apps from the same developer, like Adobe, they may use some of the same support files so you want to make a careful and informed decision on what to include in the deletion.
