iPhone locked and need previous owners Apple ID and password iPhone locked to owner . To unlock this iPhone I’ve just bought after charging it up “ iPhone locked to Owner “ . I have asked the seller for his Apple ID and password that were used during his set up but no joy . Help

Unfortunately, if the previous owner can not be contacted to remove the activation lock, the phone is useless to you. Activation lock can not be bypassed.
