Calendar App - missing second alert

Since the rollout of iOS 13 and all updates following, the “second alert” function in the calendar is missing. As one who loves to procrastinate, this option is missed.

Naturally, when your first alert is set to "None" as in your screenshot, it is pointless to consider a second alert.

If you had a first alert set, you would be able to create a second one.

Same!! I'm really annoyed about it - I use the 2-level of alerts for everything and sberman is wrong -- even when you set the first alert the second alert doesn't turn up. And it used to have both options there all the time. I NEED IT BACK!

I really hope they fix this ASAP - I need both. This was a key feature I used with reminders.
