Volume Indicator appearing randomly

Why does the New volume indicator keep appearing on my screen (Iphone X) when switching between apps and randomly, after updating to 13.1. It is infuriatingly annoying.

Iphone randomly goes to max volume For about a month now my iphone randomly goes to max volume. I'll turn it down then my next notification will come through and it's back up to max. The volume button is not stuck and I upgraded to IOS 17 in the hopes of fixing it and it still does it. [Edited by Moderator]

iPhone volume keeps randomly changing iPhone of issue: iPhone 13 mini, iOS 16.0 I have an issue where my iPhone would randomly change it’s volume. (mostly up) I’ve already tried changing my Attention Aware Features and removing my case to try and fix the problem but it still persists. anybody have any suggestions?
