Having issue on my Ipad Mini 3 after i install the ios 13. its giving me a blur and white screen. i can see a movement when i press the screen. i try the ios12.4.1 and it was working fine for a couple of days AND suddenly it shows again and again, and this the first time that i encounter this issue after i installed this thing.
