Some times while using any application I get vertical dim opaque stripes on screen. But after restart it disappear. It reappears after sometime. Suggest way out. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a hardware fault, you may need to take the iPad in for service.
Have you tried a full software restore to make sure it is not software related?
