Logic Pro X - can't get out of weird solo mode (grayed out regions don't play)

I got Logic Pro X into this weird solo mode where only one element plays. All other elements are grayed out and cannot be heard during playback. It's sort of like the solo button for a track (which mutes other tracks). The screen capture probably describes the issue better.

That is not Solo mode, the selected one should have yellow border if there was a Solo mode. It is just that the other regions are all muted. You have to select and unmute them, using Shift -M (selects all muted regions) and control-M (unmutes muted regions, but mutes unmuted regions). Audio 5 will stay muted, as you have muted that entire track.
