Apple watch S4 call failed

Hello

since I updated to WatchOS 6 when i try to execute a call from my Apple Watch the call fails even if i pick a call form my iphone ill be able to talk for couple of seconds and then it fails

Hi Everyone. There is another (short) post regarding same issue. It's called "AW Cellular S3 Nike - Call Failed every time... A solution was posted on that string that worked for me as I can now answer calls on my watch. It states:


On your iPhone, go to Settings > Phone, and turn off Wi-Fi Calling and Calls on Other Devices.


In the Watch app on your iPhone, go to My Watch > General > Enable Handoff, and disable Handoff.


Restart both devices, then turn these features back on.

Let me know if this works, test while connected and not connected to Wi-Fi.

Same here! iPhone SE and AppleWatch 4. Issue appeared after WatchOS 6 and iOS 13. Since 2 months I’m in contact I with apple support, so far no solution. I experience the calls drop issue from my watch, but even worst my AirPods disconnect every time I invoke Siri on my watch. I think there’s a bug related to BT and iPhone SE. It’s a REAL shame. We should remember that the brand new “raise to speak” worked after 3 months from day one, because of a bug. Now since almost 3 months another bug makeS 2 apple devices useless! In one year my watch worked as advertised less than 6 months. It’s unacceptable

Hello. Do we have any news? I’ve tried everything a customer can do. Twitter Apple support, feedback page.... I’m still in contact with Apple support, it seems they’re just taking time. I’ve sent them lots of diagnostic files. Solution? Nothing. Three months is too much. My Apple Watch works at 30% of the advertised functions (but I’ve payed it 100%!) (I cannot call, can’t use Siri to answer messages, my AirPods disconnect if a invoke Siri on my watch more then 2 or 3 times. A mess. An insane mess. Since 3 month. Since watchos 6 and iOS 13. 3 MONTHS! We should ask Apple to give us an official answer. HOW!?
