since I updated to WatchOS 6 when i try to execute a call from my Apple Watch the call fails even if i pick a call form my iphone ill be able to talk for couple of seconds and then it fails

I have iPhone SE (iOS 13.1.3) and Apple Watch Series 4 Nike (WatchOS 6.1).
I have the same “CALL FAILED” problem. Generally can’t make calls.
I spent a lot of time with Apple Support, but still can’t fix the problem.
I even went to Apple Service to claim warranty and get a new replacement.
But the same problem returns as soon as I updated the Watch with the latest WatchOS.
All the fixes are pretty much temporary. It would work for a little while and the problem just comes back.
I've also been playing around with Siri a bit. Also in this regards it seems that performance has greatly improved with the latest iOS 14 public beta and WatchOS 6.2.8. :)
Famous last words. I sadly can say that after 2days without bugs, today I’ve experienced all the issues again. It’s really annoying. I really don’t know what’s the variable.
My wife’s series 4 Nike has the same problem. Can not make or review calls
We gave up on a fix for my wife’s series 4 Nike Apple Watch. She can’t live without the watch phone, we ordered a series 5. Apple is giving us $140.00 trade in.

On Friday August 7th my wife’s series 4 started receiving calls and she can call out. Her watch is healed. Of course her series 5 is on the way from China.
I paired my iPhone with my Apple Watch. I can do everything except make phone calls. Every time I tried to call a car comes in it says Call failed.How can I fix this
