since I updated to WatchOS 6 when i try to execute a call from my Apple Watch the call fails even if i pick a call form my iphone ill be able to talk for couple of seconds and then it fails

Hi Everyone. There is another (short) post regarding same issue. It's called "AW Cellular S3 Nike - Call Failed every time... A solution was posted on that string that worked for me as I can now answer calls on my watch. It states:
On your iPhone, go to Settings > Phone, and turn off Wi-Fi Calling and Calls on Other Devices.
In the Watch app on your iPhone, go to My Watch > General > Enable Handoff, and disable Handoff.
Restart both devices, then turn these features back on.

Let me know if this works, test while connected and not connected to Wi-Fi.

Hi Gran Maestro. I’m very active on this thread since the beginning. I’m sorry to say that in my case The last updates didn’t solved the issue in my case. I could say, it’s even worst! Original iPhone SE + Apple Watch 4 Nike (GPS no cellular)
Next week there should be an update of iOS 13.3 and watchOS 6.1.1. I hope Apple fixed the problem.

I can confirm this workaround didn’t solve the bug. I Always use “unlock with iPhone”, and no way to have the Bluetooth issue fixed.
My case: Apple Watch 5 Nike GPS (NO cellular) paired with original iPhone SE.
Shouldn't the Apple replace defective SE devices in this case?
Thanks for the tip. It worked only for some first attempts. After some tries the issue reappeared.
its clearly a BT related issue. When at home under WiFi I don’t experience all those issues
