Apple Pay JS integration works with few phones, not with all

Apple Pay JS integration work's bad with half of phones, i tried it with 5 phones, (iPhone 7 iOS 12.3 - Works, iPhone 7 iOS 13.1 - Doesn't works, iPhone 8 iOS 13.1 - Works, iPhone 8 iOS 13.1 - Doesn't works). We will see error like "Apple Pay not completed. This website was not able to complete the payment. Please try again.". If I alert error in JS on responseText from validationURL response, we will see message like "merchantIdentifier not registered for this domain domain.com", but half of phones works correct. Can u help with it please?
