ios 13.1.2 camera issue

I am having an issue with the camera in my Iphone 11 pro max. When i click some pictures or shot a video there are refections coming up along with small blue dots.

Its a problem with the latest ios update. As i have noticed this in all the iphones that my friends use.

Mine is doing the same thing. I too have the iPhone max pro and I even took it to the apple store and got a replacement after only having it for less than a week... and it’s still doing it on my new device. So now I feel like an idiot for getting a replacement. The blue dots are so annoying.
