Powerbeats 3 not recognized by iPhone XR
Hi - my Powerbeats suddenly stopped working & they are not recognized by iPhone xr. Tried resetting the headphones but no luck. Can anyone help me here?

It sounds like your Powerbeats3 Wireless earphones are no longer connecting to your iPhone XR. Resetting them was an excellent step to try. I'm happy to help you out with this further.
Do you see the indicator light flash when you hold the power button for 5 seconds, or does it appear that your Beats aren't powering on at all? If the indicator light is flashing red, your Beats need to be charged. Plug them into a power source using the micro USB cable they came with, and try powering them on after about 30 minutes to an hour. If you're able to get your Beats to power on, but they still won't connect to your iPhone, try out the steps here: If you can't connect to your wireless Beats product.
If you don't see the indicator light flashing at all after charging your Beats, I recommend having them inspected by a technician at either an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can locate one here: Find Locations.
