My Powerbeats pro won’t reset. I’ve updated the iOS to the latest version and tried, numerous times, to reset via pushing the reset button for more than 15 seconds. It only blinks white and never switches to red. One of my earphones works the other does not. There’s no physical damage to them.

Be sure to watch for the red light immediately after pressing the button. The light goes red for only a short time and if you hold the button too long the reset won't work.
I have the same problem and have gone through the steps. Nothing works. Warranty expired about 90 days ago, so I am looking at a $99 repair. The were working fine before the iOS update, and it does not appear to be hardware related. Anyone have any other suggestions?
