Broken Beats Solo -- new

My headphones won't reset. I held down mode and volume down for multiple times well longer than 10 seconds and it won't reset. It also won't go into pair mode.

Beats Solo 3 Is Dead After less than 10 hours of use my Beats Solo 3 headphones are completely dead. They won't turn on and won't charge. I have tried multiple cables, outlets and have attempted to reset the firmware by holding the volume - button and the power button for 10 seconds. Nothing. What should I do?

Power Beats Pro Won’t Reset My Powerbeats pro won’t reset. I’ve updated the iOS to the latest version and tried, numerous times, to reset via pushing the reset button for more than 15 seconds. It only blinks white and never switches to red. One of my earphones works the other does not. There’s no physical damage to them.
