Powerbeats Pro will not pair. Will not reset. Only continues to blink white.

I recently got a replacement right ear piece. It initially paired via a reset but no sound would play in the right. The charge level indicated 100% on both. I researched and read all possible solutions. Subsequent re-pairing eventually left the left piece un-paired as well. Now the charging case ONLY blinks white, will not reset nor pair.
