How to cancel upload
I accidentally somehow started a huge upload to a file from downloads. How do I cancel it?

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you need to stop the upload of a file from your Mac to iCloud. To do this, please move the file to another location from Desktop or Documents folder, and here is more info:
