Problem with activation lock in Iphone 8 plus

Hello everyone! I'm in Viet Nam. I need the help of the Apple Community for my iphone.

My iphone 8 plus now has a problem with Apple ID after I reset it.

The iphone requests me to log in an Apple ID which I have never used it before (as the below photo). This account is totally strange with me. As far as I know from some shared post in our country, it's from foreign country, not it Viet Nam. My iphone now is unable to use, so I need your helping in this problem. Please help me if you know anything about it.
