Transferring playlist from iTunes to iPhone
how do you transfer my playlists from iTunes 12.8.2.3 to My iPhone all i get in music now is "iCloud music library on". Don't want to put my music in iCloud.

Do you have a subscription to either Apple Music or iTunes Match? If so you would normally enable iCloud Music Library in both your computer and your device so that all of your iCloud Music Library was available to stream or download on the device. If you prefer to sync directly with iTunes then disable iCloud Music Library on the device. Note that iTunes cannot sync content from Apple Music.
