Why did my 11 Pro Max show 5G?
I was about an hour away from home yesterday and the entire time I was at my appointment (4 hours) my 11 Pro Max showed 5G and yes, I do have a screen grab.

Because AT&T calls their multi-channel LTE "5Ge". It isn't 5G, but it is faster than base LTE. I've gotten up to 90 Mbps with it (usually around 40 Mbps). REAL 5G should support up to 1 Gbps. But this isn't AT&T's first time; remember that they called 3G HSPA "4G" (and still do).
