Icloud issue
Setting up new iPhone 11 and phone has been stuck on updating I cloud settings for 8 hours, what is this happening ands how do I fix it?

I see you have a new iPhone that has been stuck updating iCloud settings for quite a long time.
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
Also, there were some general iCloud outages reported at about the same time you posted this that may have been a contributing factor. You can always check the status of various Apple systems here:
