IOS13 - turn off "one tap suggestions when sharing documents Or photos on iphone

Brilliant. Just upset a customer late last night by sending her a ‘sexy people in “the Witcher” meme’, obviously unintentionally. This is seriously ******* me off now. Like many people I spend a lot of my wind-down time looking at memes, funny pics and frankly inappropriate content on twitter too.

If I’m not actively awake and alert, ie winding down, I could easily and completely unintentionally send inappropriate or even pornographic content to a family member, including my children, or a customer like last night or to any contact in my phone that I’ve texted or whatsapped or telegrammed or whatever recently. This is really ****.

so **** in fact that if it is not addressed I will seriously have to consider moving myself and the 8 other family members that I ‘manage’ the iOS products of, to a different platform.

I REALLY don’t want to move to android or whatever.

please. Fix. This. ****.

This is bugging the **** out of me. Like a whole heap of people I tend to doze off whilst looking at my phone, usually while swiping through funny pics (or worse 😜). Trouble is I doze off and my finger remains in contact with the screen and dabs onto one of the annoying generated one-tap suggestions and the next thing I know I have a friend/relative/customer asking why I’m sending them weird stuff late at night. I wouldn’t mind so much if I could edit who appears there, or switch it off altogether preferably.

I have been everywhere for a fix for this problem. It keeps suggesting I send pictures to my boss at work. Yep, someone really thought this one through didn't they?

Don't get too exited. You have to delete all your messages to the person on the 'share sheet'. Then they will be replaced with someone else you have interacted with recently. Basically, delete all your messages and the problem goes away. Along with all your messages. This is a massive potential breach of privacy, basically, anyone seeing this knows you have recently interacted with one of those suggested contacts. Its a 'one touch' feature so the opportunity to screw up horrendously hangs in the air there too.

I really hope they fix this with an option to just not have it.

I also wish that someone at Apple would stop people breaking things. They cannot possibly have tested this feature on a real human being with a real life!

Same problem. I rarely use Messages so I decided to just delete all those conversations. Only solution at the moment. Hope it helps.

I’m annoyed with this problem too. I’m getting email suggestions too! I tried deleting the contact email address from everywhere, it still shows. Any fixes for that?
