iPhone email signature image not showing
Since updating to ios13, my email signature logo is not showing in my email.
It is saved in signatures, so the signature is coming across, but the logo is a blank box?

I was changing the email signature image and then i got the same problem. I tried many things, html signature, testing outlook copy paste etc etc.
What did fix it for me was using Spark the email app from app store. I created a signature and pasted in the image from my picture library. Then opened a new email and copy pasted the whole signature. Paste it in the original mail app signature.
Fixed my problems!
@vikramroks
I've done this over a dozen times and exactly it will show up in the email signature under settings my photo and logo, but when i actually try to send a message it has a white box with "null" written in it for the images...This doesn't work when trying to do business with your phone.
doesn't work. Pretty sure this is just someone wanting you to download their app. As I've been dealing with a crappy blank signature for over a year, thought it was worth trying but now removing spark.
I'm on 14.4 and tried the Spark method. Image appears in my sig. list for the email account I want to attach it to.
White NULL box in the Mail message the graphic is associated with.
So, Feb 10, 2021... still not fixed. Please Apple?
It is April 10, 2021 and I’m still having the same problem. My company logo does not show up under my email signature. And on all emails it just shows up as NULL. So unprofessional looking. Did anyone ever get a fix to this? I’ve been having a problem for months and months.
Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, some of us are 1099 and/or have a website on a host server, nor do we have an IT department. Still, that wouldn’t help the issue with creating a signature with a photo, logo, etc. on our phones.
Because it adds credibility to the email; boosts brand recognition; You must've heard that "a picture is worth a thousand words," so, it can be an effective marketing tool for those, who do not have the budget for marketing, etc. etc.
Again, to reiterate- not everyone has the resources that you speak of. ...

Great. Why didn’t we think of that? You should be awarded noble prize for this. You are a genius!
Thank you! You are a savior.
Well… I'm not the one here who's whingeing.
Let me ask you this. What sort of resolution are you expecting to get here from other users like yourself about the feature that clearly isn't supported and implemented to Mail app (if it is, point me to Apple's official documentation about it where it is stated that this is supported and there are 'how-to' instructions to use Logo image)? Or maybe you didn't noticed that this is user to user support? If not, it's time for you to read https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208863.
If you want Apple to bring support for logo image to Mail, you are better of sending feedback via www.apple.com/feedback.
I really wanted to thank you. I was pulling my hair out with this issue of unknown.png. I did your spark solution and for the life of me I don’t know why, but it works. Thank you so much. Google for some reason highlighted your response off of my search. Thank you so much.
It’s been all day since the last post, is there a fix yet?
Same issue here. Logo is showing in the signature under email setting but when I start an email it shows blank boxes.
Waiting for a solution...Apple...?!
No change for me. Still broken.
You did not answer the question, Less. His LOGO is not showing up...images. Photos don’t show up either. Is there way to insert them into mail signature in iOS 13?
Same, either shows blank space where images are placed or nothing at all as if it’s not there however in “signatures” it shows logos/images
New update (iOS 13.2.3), did not fix the issue...
Seriously Apple, this is getting really aggravating AS is your lack of response.
