iPhone email signature image not showing
Since updating to ios13, my email signature logo is not showing in my email.
It is saved in signatures, so the signature is coming across, but the logo is a blank box?

I was changing the email signature image and then i got the same problem. I tried many things, html signature, testing outlook copy paste etc etc.
What did fix it for me was using Spark the email app from app store. I created a signature and pasted in the image from my picture library. Then opened a new email and copy pasted the whole signature. Paste it in the original mail app signature.
Fixed my problems!

I was having the same issue with my iPad and iPhone. The way below is worked for me.
Please feedback me to know if it worked for you or not.
Warm Regards;
Cengiz.
Solution that ended up working for me - signature created as a html file with the company logo image as a referenced html link (not embedded image).
It looks like when you "paste" a file it doesn't strip the formatting. Odd that you would have to paste as a file rather than pasting the contents of the file but hey... Might work with embedded images as well but haven't had to try that.

there is obviously something that has broken in iOS 13 regarding HTML signatures. Here is the fix for your mail app.
I was researching on this issue and found this thread.
Several input towards using a picture from an online server is part of the solution. But it turns out that there is a limit in iOS to the size of the picture. The limit is described elsewhere as being 320 pixels, and anything larger than that will result in null or nothing showed in the signature.
On iOS14 I found out that this will work with larger pictures:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html><head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head>
<body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; line-break: after-white-space;" class=""><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" class=""><font face="Consolas, Courier New, Courier, monospace" size="3" class="">
<img src="https://pictureurl.jpg"; style="width:90vw;height:auto;"></font></span>
</html>
3: Save the .html file to your icloud-drive to transfer it to the iPhone.
4: Open the file in the document browser, Archives.
5: Copy the picture to your signature.
Use it and be happy.
Sincerely
Peter
Yes, Sparked worked for me too. I was able to get my email signature inside the Apple email app to show all my logos by creating a spark email acct using the Spark App, then creating a Signature inside of the Spark App, then sending an email from it to myself. Then copy and pasting my email signature from that email in to my Apple email app signature area inside the my Mail settings specifically for the email acct that I wanted it in. Thx for your help with this:-)

It is April 10, 2021 and I’m still having the same problem. My company logo does not show up under my email signature.
Contact your IT guys and have them to implement a server side signature into every email you sent from your business email. That will sort you out.
Mail app doesn’t support logo signatures; everything you’ll find in this thread, is a bunch of some sort of workarounds, but nothing that it is officially supported (no official documentation found).
I tried this method using Spark email app and then pasted the signature into apple mail and the logo works .
What I did was I created the html email signature on outlook even though it wasn’t showing I sent it to my gmail account. It was showing the picture on my gmail so I copied that from gmail and paste it then shake it, surprisingly it worked!!!!
Here are steps that work for me using Spark desktop and mobile.
Notes:
When you try to send an email using your mail application on iPhone you will not be able to see the logo, only the recipients will. Also if you want to test email to desktop computer or your friend's iPhone. Your iPhone will not show the logo.
Hey there signature-logo-not-showing-ios,
Thanks for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. I understand your email signature is not showing after updating to iOS 13. I’ll be happy to help with this.
Go to Settings > Mail > Signature and edit your signature. Restart your iPhone and test by sending yourself an email to see if the signature shows.
If you have multiple accounts, see if this is just affecting one account or all. If it’s affecting just certain accounts, go to Settings > Mail > Account Name and delete the account from your iPhone. Restart and add the account back. See if this helps.
You can read more about adding a signature to your Mail on iPhone here:
Address and send email in Mail on iPhone
Best wishes.
Having issues with my signature displaying with a new email. The only way I can get it to work is by having a character above my signature. If I remove the character my signature doesn’t display.
You only do it manually one time if you do it according to my instructions. Spark app-create signature and insert image from a picture button in spark app. Then create a new email, copy the whole signature.
Go to iPhone settings - emails - signature and paste the signature.
You didn't read the message correctly. The problem is since upgrading to iOS 13, HTML email signatures do not work. As "signature-logo-not-showing-ios," stated, you can paste an html signature, complete with company logo and colored fonts or formatting, but it is not included in the signature in your message. Image is displayed as a box with "null" in it. Font is displayed as black only.
Because it adds credibility to the email; boosts brand recognition; You must've heard that "a picture is worth a thousand words," so, it can be an effective marketing tool for those, who do not have the budget for marketing, etc. etc.
Again, to reiterate- not everyone has the resources that you speak of. ...
