Yesterday I brought an Apple Watch at Dubai airport and I tried to connect the watch but I got a message to update my phone software so I made the update and later when I wanted to open the watch it shows an Apple logo and doesn’t want to work , I tried all ways to restart the watch by pressing the two buttons and I tried charging the watch but nothing is working , how can I solve that ? thanks

You most likely have an iPhone 6 or older. The Apple Watch with watchOS 6 requires iOS 13 running on an iPhone 6s, SE, 7, 8, X, XS, XR, 11, or 11 Pro.
I suggest you return the watch within the Apple 14 day return period and get your money back.
