I have applied three times and have not been approved. I have never been sent an email or hard mail by Goldman Sachs explaining why I have been declined. I have exceptional credit and ability to pay with no credit negatives.

Applied for the Apple Card three times and have not been approved. I have never been sent an email or hard mail by Goldman Sachs explaining why I have been declined. I have exceptional credit and ability to pay with no credit negatives. How does one get in touch with either Apple or Goldman to discuss whatever the problem may be?

Have you checked your free credit report to make sure that what TransUnion has on file for you is accurate? If what you put in doesn’t match what the credit bureau reports, then the application will be declined. And the credit bureaus (all of them) are notorious for having errors in peoples files, and they do almost no checking or error correction on their own. They only fix those errors when you bring them to their attention.

I once had an Experian report with over 20 errors in my records (note none of the other bureaus had any of those errors, only Experian) that they only did anything about when I formally complained and began a year long effort to get it all cleared up. Needless to say, my credit records have been permanently frozen ever since.
