Jerky Scrolling

I have a 2015 Macbook Pro and it just updated this morning. Now my scrolling is jerky. Any idea what it is or how to fix it?

Try restarting the computer.

If it still has a problem, then try an SMC reset and PRAM reset (hold the PRAM reset for at least three chimes).

Try booting into Safe Mode. If Safe Mode works, then run EtreCheck to look for possible software issues to the problem. Post the EtreCheck report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper.

If none of this helps, then try using an external USB mouse. If a mouse works, then you may have a hardware issue which needs to be repaired by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
