why root use globalquestsearch?
Is this software a virus?

I just searched my entire system, and I did not find any program named 'globalquestsearch' and did not find any files with that name or that name as part of their longer name. I did my search from a Terminal session as 'root' using the Unix 'find' command, which allowed me to search everywhere on the boot file system.
So 'globalquestsearch' has to be something you installed (maybe not intentionally; maybe you were tricked to install it, or was a side-load when you installed something else).
