While trying to watch a video on a website from safari, my iPhone X would not play the video. I just kept getting the play button with line through it. My husbands iPhone 8 played the video fine. We were not on WiFi but the cellular signal was strong. Any ideas why mine is not working?

All settings are identical, EXCEPT there is a screen of “experimental features”. Some of these have different selections, but I have no clue what any of them mean. Also the options on my phone are not all the same as the ones on the other phone.
Please compare the Safari Settings on both the iPhones.
