Cannot move icons on IPHONE/iPAD after IOS 13

I got a solution for this issue.

I noticed that, after software update, in Settings > General > Accessibility the "Zoom" optios in different Devices turns on.

Following:

Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom and turning off and restarting Device, issue was resolved.

Don't needs additional steps.

Unable to re-arrange icons on home screens under iOS 13 Since updating to IOS 13 and its updates ( I am now on iOS 13.1.3), I am mostly unable to rearrange the app icons on the home screens. The icons will move, but they float on the screen somewhere, and not in the grid. I can even switch screens, and the icon just simply remains in place on the screen. The only way to get out of it is to end the rearrangement, and then the icon goes back to its original place. I went to an Apple shop today, and was completely unable to even move the icons on their iPhone 11 models. Choosing "rearrange the icons" accomplishes nothing at all: no movement.

iOS Home Page icon Placement When I try to place Home Screen icons on my iOS devices the screen goes nuts and moves all of the icons in a way that makes it impossible to place things where I want them to be. Icons swirl around and end up in nonsense places or pop to the next screen so I have to chase after them and bring them back to the screen I was working on. Is there a method to move ONLY the icon that I want to move without the wacky screen dance happening every time? Thanks, Pete D.

Display zoom I just purchase a new iPhone se yesterday and set the display to zoom for larger icons. It worked fine until a few minutes ago where it will no longer display larger icons and no matter what I do it won’t display larger icons even though settings says it is displaying zoom. Why is it not doing what it’s supposed to do?
