Siri Remote After OS 13 Update for Apple TV

my Siri remote fails to turn on my Apple TV now. iOS 13 was just automatically installed on both Apple TVs, and neither will turn on when the remote is used. The only way to turn them on is to unplug and then plug them in. I’ve tried all the standard remote resets, and none of them work. The remote also occasionally fails to adjust the TV volume. Anyone else had the same problem?
