Not going to happen, period.

If you want Dark Mode and the features available in iOS 13, then it's time to upgrade that now over 5 year old iPhone for a newer phone capable of running iOS 13. Your phone is simply incapable of running the new software. It is too under powered with only 1 GB of Ram.
