Please give a Update of Dark Mode and some of the features of iOS 13 for Iphone 6.

Not going to happen, period.

If you want Dark Mode and the features available in iOS 13, then it's time to upgrade that now over 5 year old iPhone for a newer phone capable of running iOS 13. Your phone is simply incapable of running the new software. It is too under powered with only 1 GB of Ram.
