Music ripped from CD

I have ripped CDs into my iTunes library on my MacBook Pro. I transferred a few to my I phone. Since then I have a new I phone and subsequently updated to iOS 13. Just yesterday I noticed that those CDs are no longer on my phone. They also do not show up as available for download either. I backed up my phone to the icloud before upgrading phones and before updating the os. I don’t know if they didn’t transfer when I bought a new phone or if the update to ios13 took them off. Does anyone have any insight about this?

If you have an iCloud Music Library, that should contain your ripped CD tracks. Enabling the iCloud Music Library makes them available to download again.

You don't back up your iCloud Music Library. You sign in to it again on your new phone.
