Lost photos
When I got a new phone from the apple Genius bar they had me reset my phone and even though it was backed up, I lost many photos and videos that were important to me is there anyway that I can get those back?

If you were syncing photos with iCloud, have you signed into Settings/Your Name/iCloud using the same ID, and turned Photos syncing on? Then allowed plenty of time for the photos to sync? If you go to iCloud.com/Photos using a computer browser, do you see the photos there?
