Activation lock problem

Sir I'm talking from Bangladesh. My phone model "iphone6s ". Now that's phone activation locked.than i need your help.so

This is a public user-to-user technical support forum, it is not a way to contact Apple. However, Apple won't help you with Activation Lock. The only way to remove Activation lock is with the Apple ID and password that were used to enable it. If you enabled it just use your Apple ID and password. If a previous owner added Activation Lock they are the only one that can remove it. And if you cannot contact them or they won't cooperate you will never be able to use the phone.
