Hello, I bought an iPhone 6 (IMEI: 355397074614257) on eBay but it has the iCloud lock. So you can help me to unlock this iPhone please?

If the previous owner can not, or will not remove the lock, the phone is useless to you. Activation lock can not be bypassed. If possible, return it for a refund.

Nobody on these boards can, and nobody at Apple will. Contact the seller; if you can't or they refuse to unlock it, ask eBay for a refund.
