Edjing mix cannot restore purchase
have purchased edjing mix pro but now I cannot restore my purchase
iPhone XR
Have you looked on the developer's website for a FAQ/help section and/or contacted the developer ?

Try contacting them again, and if you still don't here anything back you could try contracting iTunes Support (but they are unlikely to do anything)
Apple can't restore purchases in other developers apps. And they are unlikely to refund you
Hi yes I contacted the developer then they asked for the receipt of purchase . I sent it and never heard back anything from them
