Typing indicator bubbles

What do the pencil typing dots mean? I've read each of them mean something different. Can someone help figure this out?

Annoying Blue Dots Underneath Words Can someone please explain to me how I can remove the little blue dots underneath some words when typing? They are everywhere; composing emails, typing inside a website text box, typing inside Notes ad infinitum... It's been happening for years. I understand that they serve a purpose (I'm not convinced what, except to drive me bonkers!), but even if I have made a correction, they don't disappear until I either backspace and delete the last letter of a word and re-type it or I delete something from somewhere else and type something. I don't wish to turn off "Correct Spelling Automatically". I understand the red dots are for spelling mistakes, but the blue ones mystify me... and frustrate me all day long! My OCD brain drives me crazy. I think Apple should consult individuals who think differently... Thanks : )

bold boxes around text and fields When typing or opening new pages on the net I get random bold outlines/boxes appearing. I have no idea what prompts them or how to get rid of the. Some just go away, some don’t. Using iPad Pro (4th Gen) with Logitech Combo Touch Keyboard. (The same thing happened with the Apple Magic Keyboard)

When in the Messages app, this simply means that someone is typing an iMessage reply.

But they look different than the normal just grey bubbles

it looks like an animated bubble drawing pencil
